The JCW-CST15 wire sealing terminal crimping machine is a high-level model for applications in the high-tech automotive industry. The machine serves sealing, wire stripping, and terminal crimping of wires in the cross-section range from 0.1 mm² to 2.5 mm², crimping force is 3 tons ( 30 KN ).
This sealing and crimping machine adopts a servo motorized crimping press, which maximizes the crimping speed and stability. The crimping position is adjustable via the touch screen, simple and precise operation is our advantage. A crimping force monitoring ( CFM ) is compatible to maximize the crimping result.
The fast and accurate feeding of the seal is a great guarantee of processing speed and precision. The operator can adjust the sealing position in one second. Furthermore, seal change is never so simple to meet customers' various processing needs.
