Hot cutting machine
The JCW-C02H hot knife cutting machine is capable of cutting labels and belts up to 100mm in width and lengths up to 99.9m. This hot-cutting machine is specially designed for cutting care labels, woven belts, and other materials that need to be cut at a specified position.
This versatile cutting-length machine also works in other fields: velcro (hook & loop) tape, insulation wires, plastic tubing, films, bootlaces, soft wires, plastic zippers, copper wires, labels, and hoses.
The JCW-C02H cut-to-length machine uses a hot knife cutting blade which will also seal the end of the material neatly so that the ends of each cut do not fray. The material run-out sensor will be triggered when the material is used out, the machine will stop automatically.
This cutting machine has been designed to cut materials with a flat edge, round edge, oblique edge/angel, and many more depending on the customers' requirements.
