Maximum flexibility and compelling options

The JCW-CST08 enables a fully automated overall process from processing to the open wire ends. Economically integrated and automated, it enables the processing of 4 to 8 single wires (bulk goods) in a single step.  The CST08 is also a fully-auto terminal crimping to tinnig machine for processing ribbon cables. The standard model offers 850mm cutting length, 1200mm-1500mm-1800mm are all optional. Tinning can be turned off if needs only wire stripping and terminal crimping.

Vivid detectors ensure high-quality production: wire lack detection, wire knot detection, stripping detection, crimping detection, air pressure detection, etc.
