The JCW-CS03F is an updated automatic wire cutting and stripping machine. It's designed to meet the high output cut and strip requirements of small wires. The capacity to cut and strip 16,000 wires per hour will greatly improve your work efficiency. This cutting and stripping machine features an automatic one-touch calibration function for cutting length and middle strip capability.
The JCW-CS03F is suited for automatic cutting and stripping of single wire up to 1.5 mm², easily handle different insulation material such as PVC, Silicone, Low halogen, and Fiberglass, etc.
Simple operation, high-performance
4.3" color touchscreen and user-friendly interface make the operation very simple, fast set-up and parameter changeover require no mechanical change except only guide tubes. Thanks to the microprocessor control, the parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, wire diameter, speed, etc. can be accurately entered and stored for future recall at any time. Whether novice or professional, you can quickly use the machine proficiently.
The JCW-CS03F wire cutting and stripping machine is equipped with high torque step motors, wider urethane rollers ( steel rollers are optional for offering higher clamping force ), robust wider cutter head and transparent safety cover. Each CS03F machine comes with a complete set of guide tubes, spare cutter blade, local power cord, and silicone touchscreen pen.
