The wire stripping and crimping machine is designed to process the side-feed terminal in a rol,it's capable of stnpping the wre andcrimping terminal in one work step. The wire gripper holds the wire tightly and posiions it above the terminal precisely, the user does not need tomove the wire so to quarantee high precision. insulation cuting accuracy and wire position accuracy are 0.05 -1 mm. This stripping and cimpingmachine is equipped with a scrap vacuum system and lighting of the working area.
The machine is especially suitable for processing multi-core cables, especially for smallinner cores, it has a hugeadvantage compared with separate processing while improving accuracy, the JCW.2TC stripping, and crimping machine can release at least 2 labolworkers.
