The JCW-CST11 is a highly cost-effective model for applications in the high-tech automotive industry. The machine serves wire cuting, stripping.
seal insertion, and terminal crimping of wires in the cross-section range from 0.1 mm? to 2 mm?, crimping force is 2 tons ( 20 KN ).

The JCW-CST14 is a high-performance fuly automatic wire stipping, seaing, and cimoing machine, A hioh-aualiy seal supoly system is the corecomponent of the whole machine. The fast and accurate feeding of the seal is a great quarantee of processing speed and precision.
Production parameters are entered with the 7" color touchscreen monitor via the intuitive user interface to reduce training time and minimize enty errors. The JCW-CST11 offers vivid detection functions, wire lack detection, wire knot detection, stripping detection, crimping detection, air pressure detectionand sealing detection, etc.
