JCW-2TD Electronic Side-feed Wire Stripper and Crimper

Higher precision, less labor work
The JCW-2TD wire stripper and crimper is designed to process the side-feed terminalin a roll,it's capable of stripping the wire and crimping terminin one work step. The wire gripper holds the wire tightly and positions it above the terminal precisely,the user does not need to move the wire so tguarantee high precision. This wire stripper crimper is equipped with a scrap vacuum system and lighting of the working area. insulation cutingaccuracy and wire position accuracy are 0.05 -1 mm.
The JCW-2TD wire stripper and crimper is especialy suitable for processing muli-core cables, especially for small inner cores, you just need to cutthe cable into length and strip the outer jacket with CS series machines in advance.
The JCW-2TD wire strip and crimp machine have a huge advantage compared with separate procesing, while improving accuracy,it can release at
least 2 labor workers.

The standard JCW-2TD wre stripper and crimper is designed for processing wires up to 0.75mm. By replacing the crimping motor and strippingcylinder group, it can process wires up to 2mm2
