The yCW-WB series wire winding and bundling machines are briliant combinations of wire winding and bundling by an iron core cable tie. Thesemachines use PLC controled color touch screen, the operator just needs to adjust the winding diameter, set desired winding cycles and windingspeed. The winding is acivated by a foot pedal. The tying is activated by a trigger sensor,feeding length is setable for diferent tying diametersWe also supply oval galvanized iron core cable tie, common colors are black and white, other colors are customizable.
