 The JCWelec LoadSeal 1012 sealing station applies weather seals to stripped and unstripped wires before crimping and can be used on all fully automatic crimping machines of the CST series. It is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of the automotive wire processing industry.

Special attention has been paid to precision, processing speed, short set-up time, minimal space requirements and ease of operation. Application sets for quick changeover are available for almost any type of seal, including irregularly shaped seals and hard-shell seals.

The JCW-CST15 wire sealing terminal crimping machine is a high-level model for applications in the high-tech automotive industry. The machine serves sealing, wire stripping, and terminal crimping of wires in the cross-section range from 0.1 mm² to 2.5 mm², crimping force is 3 tons ( 30 KN ).
