Non-slitted insulating hose corrugated tube 

The JCW-C05 automatic pipe-cutting machine is specially designed to measure and cut corrugated tubing. This cutting machine is also capable to cut PVC tubes. The machine is equipped with 3 sets of tube guiders, φ10mm / φ20mm / φ30mm.      

 

This cutting machine uses a common knife blade to offer a beautiful cutting surface, the cut is carried out in vertical mode. High-speed cutting will not cause deformation of the corrugated tube.

 

Ultra-wide 40mm belt ensures precise feeding.

Driven by high-efficiency stepper motors, the JCW-C05 cutting machine has high-efficiency processing capabilities. The JCW-C05 tube-cutting machine is equipped with a transparent safety cover, which provides a clear vision. When it's open, the machine will stop working automatically and immediately. This machine is equipped material run-out sensor, the machine will automatically stop when there is a shortage of material.
