Powerful and precise cable processing equipment

The JCW-CS19 is a robust and precise free-standing machine for cutting into length and stripping 10 to 120mm² big battery cables. The servo motorized cutter head ensures powerful and precise cutting, high-quality wear-resistant feeding belts, and 32 rollers offer powerful clamping force, the feeding length is surprisingly precise. The pull-off length has achieved 800mm on the leading side. 

A transparent safety cover and a safety sensor bring all-around protection to the operator, the sensor will give the machine an emergency stop signal once the door is open.

The JCW-CS19 cable stripping machine offers simple operation, it's so friendly even to the novice. The control with touch screen has an intuitive user interface, thanks to the microprocessor control, all of the parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, cutting speed, feeding speed, wire diameter, etc. can be accurately entered and stored for future recall at any time.
