The JCW-2T Eco terminal crimping machine is an excellent solution for wires up to 4mm?. it is possible to mount mosiOTP-style crimp applicators, including loose piece, side-feed, and rear-feed types. With the fast changeover, you canswitch different crimp applicators for processing open and closed barrel terminals in rol, also loose piece terminals

Instead of a manual crimp tool, the JCW-2T terminal crimping machine ensures that correct crimping force is applied tothe terminals when they are crimped onto wires, it also gives you greatly increased productivity.

The ideal speed for the crimping process can be individually adjusted to match the operator eficiency. The JCW-2Tterminal crimping machine is activated by a foot pedal, the operator can use both hands to safely and accurately placehe wires. Depending on operator proficiency it is possible to crimp every 1-2 seconds. This electric terminal crimpingmachine adopts a variable-frequency drive to minimize power consumption and cause low noise, this electric crimpingmachine requires no compressed air.
